The Enchanted Forest is managed by The Enchanted Forest Community Trust. Many of the enquiries we get are for questions that can be more quickly answered on our FAQs page.
Please check this prior to getting in touch as we do not have a full time office dedicated to the management of the event so our resources are stretched. However, if you can’t find the answer to your question and still wish to contact us please do so using one of the following methods:
Contacting us about tickets
If you have lost/can’t find/have a problem with your tickets for this year’s show, please use the customer services console here.
Box Office Opening Hours:
· Monday to Friday, 8am – 8pm
· Saturday to Sunday, 10am – 8pm
Please allow for up to 48 hours for a response. Tickets raised for shows that take place within that 48 hours window will be prioritised over others to provide a quicker response.
