We won! The Enchanted Forest takes home Scottish Thistle Award

We’re absolutely delighted to share that The Enchanted Forest Community Trust has won the Best Community Tourism & Events Initiative at the Central & East of Scotland Scottish Thistle Awards 2026.
The Scottish Thistle Awards celebrate excellence across Scotland’s tourism and events industry, recognising the businesses, events and people creating outstanding visitor experiences. Regional winners now go forward to the national Scottish Thistle Awards final in November.
A Win For Our Community
This award feels particularly special because community has always been at the heart of The Enchanted Forest.
As a charity rooted in Highland Perthshire, the success of the event allows us to give back to the place we call home – supporting local organisations and projects, bringing visitors to the area and working alongside local businesses, suppliers and partners.
So, while there may be a trophy with our name on it, this win belongs to a much bigger team – our staff, creative teams, partners, suppliers, local businesses, community organisations and, of course, the thousands of visitors who step into the forest with us each year.
To have that work recognised in our 25th anniversary year makes it even more special.
