Faskally Wood is accessible to some wheelchair users, but we recommend checking reviews on Euan’s Guide for details on gradients and suitability before booking.
Our limited on-site disabled parking is reserved for wheelchair users only. Tickets must be booked via the dedicated Wheelchair User option on SEE Tickets website here, where you can also select a Wheelchair Parking Pass. This pass will be emailed with your tickets and guarantees your space for the evenin. You may arrive and leave at your convenience.
Passes are first come, first served and subject to availability. Directions to wheelchair parking can be downloaded here. Entry is only permitted with a valid pre-booked pass.
All vehicle passengers must hold valid tickets.
If travelling with a child under 3, please add a ticket for them at the time of booking.
Free carer tickets.
The Enchanted Forest Community Trust funds a limited number of Free Carer Tickets which will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis, subject to availability.
You can select these at the time of booking and upload the necessary evidence to support your claim of a free ticket as part of the booking process.
Examples of evidence include, but are not exclusive to:
- Attendance Allowance Letter

Accessibility bus.
Our Accessibility Bus is designed for customers with mobility or access needs who are not wheelchair users.
This 22-seater service is ideal for those who find the high steps of a standard luxury coach difficult. It features two shallow steps, a lower entrance, and smaller crowds at departure, making boarding and queuing easier.
Tickets include a parking space at Blair Athol Distillery, next to the departure point, to reduce walking and waiting times.
The service operates Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights only and must be booked online in advance.
If travelling with a child under 3, please add a ticket for them when booking.
Tickets are subject to a non-refundable 7% booking fee applied by SEE Tickets. Prices may rise as event dates approach.
The Accessibility Bus must be booked online in advance here.
Photo-sensitive epilepsy.
It is not recommended that individuals with photo sensitive epilepsy attend The Enchanted Forest.
While no single source of lighting regularly strobes at high frequency, the volume of light fixtures on site could raise the frequency of light flashes and strobing across multiple sources to a level where it may be considered unsafe for people who are affected by photo-sensitive epilepsy.
Autism friendly sessions.
We want everyone to enjoy the magic of the show. Autism Friendly sessions run every night, offering a calmer and more relaxed way to experience The Enchanted Forest.
What to Expect
- Depart from Main Departures at the very start of the evening, so you’ll be among the first to arrive.
- Join the bus queues before they get busy.
- Smaller group sizes, so the forest feels quieter and less crowded.
- Lower sound levels at first, gradually increasing later in the evening.
These sessions are open to all visitors, but places are limited to help keep the experience comfortable.
Booking & Tickets
Book Autism Friendly sessions online via Main Departures here. Two ticket price options are available depending on the day.
If travelling with a child under 3, please add a ticket for them when booking. Tickets include a non-refundable 7% booking fee (applied by SEE Tickets). Prices may increase as event dates get closer.
Group bookings.
For very large group bookings of 10 or more people, or travel trade enquiries, please call 0844 412 4650 or email groups@seetickets.com
