Georgetown Hall

Georgetown Hall has been awarded £4,000 to assist with a range of essential maintenance costs to prolong the life of the hall.

This includes the costs of guttering and roof repairs which will extend the life of the hall roof, installation of outside lighting around the back of the hall to make if safer for people using the

hall, as well as the installation of a path to improve safety.

They will also be using some of the money to purchase and install a community notice board which will be placed outside the hall for general public to use giving all an easy accessible place to find out information for the area.

Georgetown Hall is a small community hall built in 1910 and the top end of loch Rannoch run by a local volunteered committee of 7. The hall is based within a very rural part of Highland Perthshire, providing a space for sports classes, warm connections coffee afternoon and community events held throughout the year.
