Our 19th-century building is set amidst two acres of enchanting natural woodland, providing a tranquil escape for guests. We have 11 uniquely designed rooms, each named after wildlife found in the local area. All our rooms are equipped with premium tea, coffee, and luxury cruelty-free toiletries.

At Saorsa, we are passionate about plant-based cuisine. Our culinary team creates delicious, innovative dishes using local, fresh, and (where possible) organic produce. The dining experience is complemented by a selection of hot drinks, hand-crafted cocktails, natural wines, and craft beers.

Small Plates Menu: Available Sunday to Wednesday from 1PM to 8PM, and Thursday to Saturday from 1PM to 3PM. Enjoy a variety of thoughtfully curated small plates, perfect for sharing or savouring solo.

5-Course Tasting Menu: Indulge in our exquisite 5-course tasting menu, available Thursday to Saturday at 7PM. The menu changes nightly, and is jam-packed with fresh, local produce, ensuring a unique dining experience.
