Safety

You will be free to explore the sights and sounds of The Enchanted Forest® in your own time and at your own pace however, please remember that The Enchanted Forest® is an outdoors event and, as such, certain safety guidelines will apply.

Navigating The Enchanted Forest

When you arrive at our departure area you will be supplied with an event guide. This will assist you in planning your walk around the forest. Please keep to the official trail for your own safety, and do not touch any of the lighting or electrical equipment while on route as some of it may be very hot.

Getting Dressed for The Enchanted Forest

The Enchanted Forest® is an outdoors event. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. We strongly recommend warm, waterproof clothing with stout walking shoes or boots.

Be Seen at The Enchanted Forest

Everyone will be provided with a reflective neckband, visible in the dark and all designated paths will be lit to ensure your safe movement around the site. However please feel free to bring a small torch for use in the unlikely event of a power failure. We would ask you only to use them in the event of an emergency as to do otherwise will spoil the lighting effects and other peoples’ enjoyment.

Kids

Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Dogs

No dogs except guide dogs allowed.

If you experience a Problem on Site

There will be stewards situated around the site should you need any help or information.
