Pitlochry is ideally located for travel to and from most regions of the UK and
central Scotland.
By Train
Our Shuttle Departure Point is a short 2 minute walk from Pitlochry Train Station
with regular services connecting from:
Glasgow (Journey Duration 1h 45mins),
Edinburgh (Journey Duration 2h),
Inverness (Journey Duration 1h 45mins),
Perth (Journey Duration 35mins),
Dundee (Journey Duration 1h),
Pitlochry is also well served by rail services from London King’s Cross
including overnight Sleepers.
By Bus
Pitlochry is well placed on main bus routes to and from Inverness, connecting
all of Britain’s major cities. Route information is available from Citylink

By Car
The main A9 trunk road runs through the heart of the area and both Pitlochry.
No parking is available on site at Faskally Wood, however there are ample parking
facilities in Pitlochry and shuttle travel to The Enchanted Forest 2008: A Journey
Through Space will be provided to all ticket holders.

Disabled
Access
If it is not suitable for you to take the coach transfer from Fishers Hotel in
Pitlochry to the Enchanted Forest at Faskally Wood then we invite you to make
use of the disabled car park at Faskally Wood. On arrival a steward will guide
you to the car park and give you a short safety briefing. The car park is on
the left, one mile north of Pitlochry on the B8019.The Enchanted Forest is accessible
to wheelchair users. All Enchanted Forest visitors, including those registered
disabled, must buy their tickets in advance. |
